We are looking for a production technician who will be in integral member of our build team. This technician will work to turn humble shipping containers into into sleek and modern homes, restaurants, hunting cabins, and more. An ideal candidate will have experience in multiple general construction and/or fabrication disciplines. The build team will be small and agile with team members having opportunities to work on multiple aspects of the project and learn new skills.

Responsibilities:

- Bring a good attitude to work every day and take pride in the awesomely cool products you'll be building

- Complete any number of production related tasks as assigned by a production lead.

Examples include:

• Container Positioning: Forklifts, Industrial Dollies, Chain Hoists, Trailers
• Steel Fabrication: Cutting and welding to modify the shipping container structure
• Insulation: We will utilize cutting edge spray foam insulation equipment
• Carpentry: Traditional wood framing and trim work
• Utility Installations: Assist trained leads with electric, water, drain, and gas line installation
• Drywall: Using top of the line drywall tapers, boxes, sanders, etc
• Roofing: Membrane and metal roof installs in the factory or on site
• Special Projects: Design and build of cool accent pieces that add flare to our products

- Clean and maintain equipment

- Keep an organized workspace and continuously look for improved ways to do your job

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, finishing work, welding, electrical or other related fields
• Desire to work across a number of construction disciplines and to learn new skills
• Desire to work as a team member
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong organizational skills

Compensation will depend on the level of skill and experience of the candidate.
